We are delighted to welcome you all to the home of the Association for Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (AREBT). We are a professional membership body established in 1993 by a group of psychologists, counsellors and psychotherapists.

Whether you are a Practitioner of REBT, someone who is currently studying in the field of REBT or someone with an interest in the field we welcome you all.
